Perpetuum 2020 Fresh a hint of hay andThe Sauvignon Blanc vines were re crafted on the coldest part of the Riesling vineyard in Steinthal. Resulting in extremely small berries, concentrated and very ripe with a reduced sugar content and high acidity. This special wine is extremely complex, lots of elegant flavours that dance on your palate with a beautiful saltiness. Quince, baked apple, cinnamon, lime and hazelnut. Expect a light oxidative note that brings the wine to the next level! Top!
