Galil Mountain 'Ela' 2023 Spanish organic wine with mature and silky tanninsEla is deep purple in color. It is a full bodied wine with delicate and balanced acidity followed by a long lasting finish and velvety texture. The wine has fruity aromas of black cherry, fresh blueberry and plum jam, with clove, coffee and browned butter in the background. The wine underwent 10 20 days of fermentation on skins at 28 oC, followed by full malolactic fermentation and 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. The growing season prior to
